Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• The Network Security engineer principal role is to lead initiatives to design and implement Cyber security architecture onto the OT environment.
• Candidate should have experience and capability to test 3rd party devices on CENTUM DCS environment.
• Complying to network security guideline specifications design approach and documents for project implementation
• Supporting the activities of the multinational engineering team with the project manager.
• Conduct Training sessions for the customers.

• Bachelor degree in Engineering is a must (master/graduate degree preferred).
• Engineer Level: At least 12 years experience in IT industry and 2 years of Leading project experience Approximately 50 travel.
• Lead Level: At least 12 years experience in IT industry and 5 years of Leading project experience Approximately 20 travel.
• Knowledge of at least one of the following areas with relevant certifications

  Network Switches (Cisco & others) Firewalls (Cisco Juniper Forcepoint Fortinet & others) IPS NTBA NMS (WhatsUp Gold Solarwind etc) SIEM Vulnerability Manager NAC and Industrial Firewalls is preferred.

Competencies

• Understanding of one or more of the following businesses: Oil and gas production Refineries Chemical plants.
• Understanding of one or more of the following functions in the Process industry: IT Security Threat Handling Switching & Routing Traffic Filtering Windows Operating Systems Whitelisting Windows Patch and DCS.
• Experience in configuring and deploying security products like Routed/Transparent Firewall IPS L2 & L3 Switches Traffic Filtering Switch Hardening WhatsupGold Network Monitoring System Network Access Control (NAC) Vulnerability Manager & SIEM.
• In depth knowledge in configuring and updating policies for Firewalls & IPS devices.
• Experience in hardening network devices as per security policies & standards.
• CCNP or higher Certification required. Experience in handling network devices in Industrial environment preferred.
• Basic system knowledge.

Skills

• Fluency in MS PowerPoint Excel and Word.
• Capability in conducting business in English both in speaking and writing.
• Ability to manage a team of engineers.
• Familiarity with available technology in the automation market.
• Excellent knowledge for Business Process IT Security controls and policies.
