3. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
4. Working closely with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns and generate leads.
5. Keeping up to date with industry trends competitor activities and market opportunities to enhance ICTAs offerings.
6. Meeting and exceeding sales goals while identifying new opportunities for growth.
7. Submitting accurate sales reports and forecasts to assist in strategic decisionmaking
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years with proven experience in dealing directly with Clevel executives.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to engage and build relationships with Clevel executives
Excellent presentation skills
Strong sales skills (B2B preferred) Ability to identify and close business opportunities
