We are currently searching for dedicated ambitious and selfdriven Sales Excellence Specialist tojoin our Sales Department playing a critical role in building relationships with our significant clients.
The candidate must have an experience in selling and presenting IT solutions/services at least one of the following domains (IT Service Management Solutions ISO Consultation Services).
Responsibilities
- Effectively maintains and retains existing customers by building longterm relationships.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines.
- Lead demandgenerating marketing activities in the assigned market for the assigned product specialty.
- Establish productive professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel including business development support service marketing customer success and management resources in order to meet account performance objectives and customers expectations.
- Proactively assesses clarifies and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
- Prepare weekly monthly quarterly and annual reports and forecasts.
Requirements
Certification Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Administration equivalent.
