We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager proficient in Farsi to join our team in Tehran. This pivotal role involves driving company growth through identifying new business opportunities and building fruitful relationships with stakeholders. If you are strategicminded and have a knack for connecting with others this position offers a chance to significantly impact our business trajectory!
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain strong client relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Negotiate and finalize deals
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive success
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Provide strategic insights to strengthen market positioning
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in Farsi (C1 and English (C1
- Established portfolio of active FX clients with the capability to expand
- Demonstrated success in business development and achieving sales goals
- Indepth knowledge of financial markets and CFD trading
- Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Selfdriven goaloriented and able to work independently
- Minimum 34 years of experience in Forex with an active client portfolio
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field (preferred)
