As a ME Serve Associate youll work as part of a team who supports the Deals client facing teams in the timely compliance of all their risk requirements so we allow the engagement team to lighten their load and better focus on client delivery. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support client facing staff in the Deals line of service related to onboarding external clients through an Acceptance and Continuance A&C system in Salesforce
Communicating with other internal support teams including independence team relationship checks Know your Client teams..etc.
Interacting with client facing staff from Senior Associate up to Partners till completion of risk tasks required prior to deploying and delivery stages
Requirements
Worked for a large fast paced organization
Ability to develop and manage relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders
Foundational understanding of the core components of pipeline management within Salesforce is valuable
Excellent attention to details
Data Analytical skills are a plus
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
Arabic Speaker and reader is mandatory
Demonstrates a commitment to providing excellent service to stakeholders
