Italian Project Manager

We are seeking a Italian-speaking Project Manager to lead and coordinate project activities ensuring delivery within scope timeline and budget. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams and Italian-speaking stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

• Lead end-to-end project management activities from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope goals deliverables and success criteria.
• Develop detailed project plans schedules and resource allocation models.
• Manage project budgets forecasts and financial tracking.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure quality standards and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Provide regular project status updates reports and dashboards to senior leadership.
• Facilitate meetings workshops and communication across teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools.

• Bachelors degree in related field.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Project Management.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken Italian and English.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in various MS office tools including Excel and Powerpoint.
• PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred.
