Role Description:

Were looking for a passionate and experienced XMO Analytics Data Analyst to join our vibrant team! As the XMO Analytics Data Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing interpreting and visualizing digital employee experience data transforming insights into actionable recommendations and supporting Experience Management Office (XMO) initiatives and Experience Level Agreements (XLAs).

Responsibilities
Analyze XMO data to identify trends insights and opportunities for improvement
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI
Support the definition measurement and reporting of Experience Level Agreements (XLAs)
Translate business and experience-related needs into analytical use cases
Collaborate with Experience Managers DEM Tool SMEs and XMO stakeholders to deliver insights
Identify patterns and root causes to support continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure data accuracy consistency and proper documentation of analytics outputs
Present findings in a clear concise and business-oriented manner

Experience & Qualification
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Analytics Information Systems or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 57 years of experience in data analytics preferably within Experience Management Workplace or IT environments.
Proven experience in delivering data-driven insights and supporting business decision-making.
In-depth understanding of data analysis reporting and visualization techniques.
Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Proficiency in various data analytics and visualization tools including Power BI and Excel.
