Job Summary

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the Human Resources partner for assigned group companies and provide practical HR support aligned with business objectives.
  • Support the development and standardization of HR policies procedures templates and HR calendars across the organization.
  • Coordinate performance management activities including goal setting performance reviews evaluation support and coaching for managers.
  • Support Learning & Development initiatives including training needs analysis training coordination and post-training evaluation.
  • Conduct or support HR audits and follow up on improvement actions to ensure compliance and proper HR documentation.
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards while monitoring talent development progress and key employee action plans.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Labor Relations Psychology Business Administration or related fields.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR functions such as HR Generalist HRBP or HR Manager within multinational or complex organizations.
  • Hands-on experience in Performance Management and Learning & Development activities.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different business units.
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor law and HR compliance practices.
  • Good communication and reporting skills especially when working with senior management.
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in HR consulting and organizational development.
  • Exposure to succession planning and talent review processes.
  • Experience in HR audit and process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience supporting multiple entities/sites or working as an internal HR consultant is an advantage.

Language Requirements

  • Fluent English is required as English is the companys official working language.
