About Valley Community Services Board
Established June 15, 1971, Valley Community Services Board is a publicly funded organization where citizens of Staunton, Waynesboro, and Augusta and Highland Counties can receive Behavioral Health, Substance Use and Developmental Services services. Valley Community Services Board serves as the single point of entry into publicly funded mental health, developmental, and substance use disorder services for these localities. Valley CSB is a person-centered organization, tailoring treatment to each individual. We value competency and compassion in every service we provide. We are also a resource for educating the public about the nature of mental health, substance use, and developmental disabilities to dispel stereotypes and encourage support for individuals facing those challenges.
