Lead our ELD team and keep operations running smoothly.
Supervise ELD team and daily tasks
Train specialists and check work quality
Review driver logs ensure HOS/ELD compliance
Handle escalations and tough calls
Work with dispatch on driver availability and trip planning
Hiring new employees
3 years ELD experience
1 year team lead/management
Strong English (IELTS 7.0)
Strong communication skills
Full-time in-office
Flexibility to adjust working hours when operational needs arise
5 years ELD / 2 years management
Trip planning experience
AI tools knowledge
Risk management
Spanish is a plus
