- Periodic deployment to Uzbekistan

- Technical Leadership
- Provide high-quality technical advice aligned to international best practice in education reform.
- Support programme planning implementation and continuous improvement.
- Translate evidence and research into practical tools guidance and implementation support.
- Design and deliver training coaching and mentoring programmes.
- Strengthen institutional capacity within government agencies schools and teacher development institutions.
- Support development of sustainable implementation models and systems.
- Support implementation and monitoring of STEM education interventions.
- Coordinate with government counterparts schools and project stakeholders.
- Contribute to planning reporting and quality assurance processes.
- Support monitoring of programme outputs outcomes and performance indicators.
- Build effective relationships with government stakeholders development partners and education institutions.
- Facilitate workshops consultations and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Contribute to programme learning adaptive management and sustainability planning
Requirements
- Masters degree (or equivalent) in Education STEM Education Educational Leadership Public Policy International Development Engineering ICT Social Sciences Project Management or another relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years professional experience in education reform education sector development institutional strengthening teacher development school improvement STEM education educational technology project implementation or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience supporting government-led reform programmes and working with Ministries of Education public sector agencies or education system stakeholders.
- Experience contributing to the design implementation monitoring or evaluation of large-scale education programmes.
