POSITION: Zoning Research Specialist
FULLTIME: ASAP - 8/31/2026 Assignment
LOCATION: Norman OK
SCHEDULE: M-Th onsite Fridays remote
PAY RANGE: $16/HR

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The zoning team oversees one or more projects on an ongoing and regular basis. Individually or as part of a team responsible for zoning requests and tracking and follow up. Coordinating with other teammates.

What Youll Do

• Update logs database and files
• Prepares check requests
• Performs research as required for projects and follows up on requested projects
• Requests information and documents from the applicable municipality following up on requests and clarifying conformation information when necessary
• Obtains current zoning and pulling applicable code sections from municipality zoning ordinances

AA preferred or equivalent experience.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs
• Use of computers and technology
