How you will create an impact
The Zonal Claims Executive is the key enabler to promoting AIG Claims as a competitive differentiator by providing local resolution of complex claims issues and offering clients and brokers access to claims senior management. Manages the zonal team of claims client account management staff.
- Facilitate resolution of significant claims issues across all lines of business that are escalated to zone management.
- Enhance claims relationships with brokers and clients through the execution of Claims Advisory Boards.
- Participate in Zone Executive Committee and represent the voice of claims in Zone strategy discussions and directives.
- Manages zonal team of Claims Account Managers Client Service Managers.
What youll need to succeed
- A strong understanding of commercial claims insurance litigation and an ability to address complex technical problems.
- A proven track record of technical claims skills.
- Strong rational decision-making capability and ability to work with colleagues at all levels.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience; a Juris Doctor is a plus.

For positions based in Illinois the base salary range is $125000-$166000.
