This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.
Were looking for a compassionate reliable caregiver to support a young boy in Eau Claire WI. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact while building a meaningful connection with a bright and curious kiddo.
Schedule & Compensation
$14.13 per hour up to 12 hours per week
o Monday - Friday (School year) between 2:30 PM and 8:00 PMo Monday - Friday (Summer time) Mornings
$207.45 per overnight up to 2 overnights per month
o Local over night for bancho community - 2 over nights a month - 12 hours a weeko Day time in the summer - at home and communityo Monday - Friday morning activities - go on walks and swim gentle reminders and supervision
Location

Providers home
Community outings
Responsibilities
Assist with personal cares
Meal preparation
Provide supervision and safety
Offer gentle reminders as needed

Preferred Qualifications
Patient and thoughtful communicator
Familiarity with autism behaviors and supportive strategies
Requirements
Must pass a caregiver background check prior to hire
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
