The Arc Fond du Lac is seeking a dedicated Youth Program Manager to lead and oversee our youth services ensuring high-quality person-centered supports that help participants build independence develop life skills and thrive in their communities.
In this leadership role you will:
- Provide oversight and direction for youth programming and staff
- Ensure compliance with agency state and regulatory requirements
- Support staff development training and performance management
- Foster positive relationships with participants families schools and community partners
- Monitor program quality participant outcomes health and safety and continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with budgeting resource management and program growth
