Yard Maintenance Helper

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard shop and facility grounds.
• Pick up litter debris and other materials throughout the property.
• Perform basic landscaping duties including mowing trimming weed removal and snow removal when required.
• Wash and clean trucks containers equipment and other company assets.
• Assist with organizing containers bins and equipment within the yard.
• Conduct routine inspections of the yard and report safety hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Operate basic hand tools power tools and grounds maintenance equipment safely.
• Support mechanics drivers and operations staff with general labor tasks as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and environmental regulations.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude while working independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous yard groundskeeping maintenance construction or labor experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift carry push and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong work ethic dependability and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid drivers license preferred.

Working Conditions

• Outdoor work environment with exposure to changing weather conditions.
• Frequent standing walking bending lifting and physical activity.
• May require occasional overtime and weekend work based on operational needs.
