XStore Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of Oracle XStore POS solutions.
• Customize and configure Oracle XStore applications and custom integrations
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for Oracle XStore implementations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Ensure the performance scalability and security of Oracle XStore solutions.
• Conduct product demos and provide user training.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle XStore applications.

Qualifications:

• Over 10 years of experience in the software industry with a focus on the retail domain.
• Proficient in Oracle XStore POS solutions and skilled on Java and integration solutions
• Strong understanding of Java development database connectivity and payment integration.
• Strong expertise in Java development including experience with Java SE Java EE and related frameworks.
• Experience with Java-based web services and RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in Java development tools and environments such as Eclipse IntelliJ IDEA and Maven.
• Knowledge of Java performance tuning and optimization techniques.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of retail business processes and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
