Youll inherit an established operation with strong customers experienced employees and a solid Department Manager already in place. Your job is to elevate it.

About 70% of your focus will be leading the business-developing your team improving operations coaching leaders reviewing financial performance and creating accountability.

The other 30% will be spent growing the business strengthening customer relationships expanding existing accounts identifying new opportunities and helping Redi continue to grow throughout Wyoming.

Youll receive consistent support from regional leadership through weekly coaching business reviews operational planning financial reviews and leadership development.
