LOCATION: Spirit Mountain Hospice House ABOUT: Beautiful facility with private patio entrances for each room fireplace and family kitchen available. HOSPICE CNA: for an inpatient hospice facility with 8 private rooms. Ceiling lifts and Hoyer lift available in the facility. EMR: Meditech Home Care documentation system. CERTS: BLS required and WY CNA license.

Shift: 12 hour days
