Youll provide specialized wound care in a clinical setting while independently managing your schedule across multiple facilities. Youll work alongside experienced clinical teams with no call responsibilities and strong regional support.

What makes you a great fit

You are a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with an active or eligible Connecticut APRN license
You have wound care and debridement experience
Youre comfortable practicing independently across multiple facilities
You value relationship-based care and long-term stability
Skilled nursing experience is highly preferred

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary starting at $135000
Bi-weekly productivity bonuses plus quarterly procedural bonus
