Wound Care Nurse LPN RN

NHC HealthCare Milan is now hiring a full-time Wound Care Nurse to join our team!

The Wound Care Nurse will assess and evaluate patients with wounds ostomies pressure injuries and other skin-related conditions. This nurse will perform wound care procedures help ensure high-quality patient care provide education to prevent pressure injuries and infections and coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

• Current Tennessee LPN or RN license
• Wound care certification
• Strong assessment documentation and communication skills
• Must be dependable and work well as part of a team
• A genuine desire to care for geriatric patients
