Job Summary
Oversees the development and continuation of programs to support the Baptist mission. Works closely with physicians patients families and hospitals on issues to improve patient care. Serves as educator liaison and coordinator for the program. Performs other duties as assigned.

Specifications
Experience
Minimum Required
- 3 years clinical nursing experience in acute care.
Preferred/Desired
- 3 years clinical nursing experience in acute care preferably including at least one year of critical care.
Education
Minimum Required
- BSN
Preferred/Desired
- Master degree
Training
Minimum Required
Preferred/Desired
- Certification in specialty area or completion of certification within 12 months of employement.
