Role Overview

Asthe WWARMRetail ExperienceLead you will be responsible for driving innovation and delivering solutions that enhance customerexperienceinkey retailers worldwidepartnering with HPARMteams to drivesell-out of our new HPAI PCs featuringARM processors.

Key Responsibilities

Sellout managementlead and managestore-level sellout targetsand processesfor key HPARMSKUsfor both internalHPand external (retail)partners.

Includes setting methodology for target settingmanaging process fortracking performance and aligning with markets on remedial measures as needed.

ESF / Promoter managementsupportlocal teams tomanage thedeploymentof 3rdpartyin-storepromoter teams to achieve sell-out targetsto key retailers.

Retail displays / POPpartner with Marketing todevelop in-storemerchandising strategyand guidelinesand withlocalteams to executein store assets.

Retail associate engagement & training support local teams to ensure execution ofcritical itemssuch as training platform content management incentivesand sales enablement engagement tools.

In addition to WW responsibilities willcoordinate with EMEA Retail Manager as well asboth Worldwide and Market-levelCategory Marketing Channel / Trade and Sales teams.

Qualifications

Education:University degree preferred but not mandatory
Experience:8-10 yearsmanaging retail activations such as displays training fieldforce managementin the IT or Consumer Electronics space including but not limited to:

  • Operating sellout management programs and performance metrics

  • Overseeing execution of retail activationsas per above

  • Retail display design andguidelines forpoint of purchase materials


Skills

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Executive-level presentation skills

  • Proficiency inMS Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working with globaland localteams

  • Knowledge of retail environment and consumer electronics market outside US

  • Consumer electronics experience

The base pay range for this role is $122000 - $180000 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).Pay varies by work location job-related knowledge skills and experience.
