As part of the Tetra Pak Internship Program youll gain hands-on experience through meaningful projects that contribute to our purpose of making food safe and available everywhere. We are offeringone (1) internship focused on Engineering based inVancouver WA.
Duration: Short-term (May 31 2027 - November 19 2027) Full-time until mid-August then part-time max. 20 hours/week
Salary Range: $22-$25/hour

Our team is responsible for driving World Class Manufacturing (WCM) initiatives that improve operational efficiency reduce losses and support continuous improvement across the plant. The work environment is highly collaborative with close interaction between production maintenance quality engineering and supply chain teams. Interns will work alongside experienced WCM professionals and gain exposure to both shop floor operations and data-driven decision making.
The team culture emphasizes continuous improvement problem solving teamwork and employee engagement. Key challenges include identifying and eliminating operational losses improving process stability supporting performance tracking and sustaining improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Typical deliverables include data analysis reports loss and performance dashboards root cause investigations continuous improvement project support process documentation and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations. You will have opportunities to participate in Kaizen activities WCM pillar initiatives and cross-functional improvement projects that deliver measurable business results.
As World Class Manufacturing (WCM) Analyst you will focus on:
- Digital solutions development and improvement for loss identification and analysis
- WCM governance and continuous improvement initiatives
- Training plan and procedure development
- Training compliance for new hires and internal bids/transfers
- Support of WCM and Education & Training (E&T) projects and activities
- Suggested majors: Industrial Engineering Computer Science Information Technology and/or Information Systems
- Interest in continuous improvement methodologies and project management.
- Ideally some manufacturing experience.
- Sustainability knowledge a plus.
