Workstation Consultant / Desktop Support Technician
- Support a workstation refresh and deployment project for an apparel industry client.
- Perform imaging configuration troubleshooting and deployment of Windows desktops and laptops.
- Ensure seamless network connectivity and end-user functionality for all deployed devices.
- Resolve hardware and software issues during workstation setup.
- Map and configure printers and network drives for end users.
- Assist with file transfers and data migration between old and new machines.
- Provide hands-on end-user support during deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot workstation application and connectivity issues as needed.
- Document technical issues solutions and overall deployment progress.
- Work onsite in New York NY 4 days per week for 3 4 weeks (potential for extension).
- Deliver professional customer service and clear communication to users and team members.
