The primary purpose of this position is to prepare service repair and deliver caravans while ensuring exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Reporting directly to the Workshop Manager some of your responsibilities will include:
- Completing caravan inspections and preparation for customer handovers
- Installing caravan accessories electrical systems and upgrades
- Performing servicing maintenance repairs and fault rectification work
- Conducting customer handovers and demonstrating caravan systems
- Liaising with customers suppliers and internal teams professionally
- Following workshop procedures quality standards and checklists
The successful candidate will have:
- Current QLD Drivers Licence and reliable transport to work sites
- Mechanical automotive auto-electrical or 12V installation experience
- Strong fault-finding troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication customer service and teamwork capabilities
- Strong time management organisation and self-motivated work ethic
