Workshop Supervisor

About You
Were looking for a trade-qualified Workshop Supervisor with extensive heavy vehicle maintenance experience and a passion for leading teams. You are a safety-focused people leader who enjoys mentoring others driving workshop performance and delivering high-quality maintenance outcomes.
- Experience leading and supervising a fleet or equipment workshop
- Demonstrated commitment to safety leadership and compliance
- Experience in the waste management transport logistics or a similar heavy industry environment (highly regarded)
- Strong planning budgeting and administrative skills with confidence using computer-based systems
- Trade qualification and background in heavy vehicle maintenance
- Current HR Licence (essential)
- HC and Forklift Licences (desirable)
