About the team

Stripes Workplace team is responsible for delivering welcoming functional and beautiful environments worldwide. We ensure that Stripes real estate portfolio evolves to stay aligned with our mission and the needs of our users while also ensuring efficient space utilization. As part of the team youll help scale Stripes future workspaces collaborating with stakeholders across the company.

What youll do

Reporting to the Head of Workplace the Strategy and Operations Manager will play a key role in driving cross-functional initiatives across our core Workplace pillars (Real Estate Strategy and Transactions Environments (design and construction) and Experience (workplace services and programs) alongside high-priority interstitial projects. Youll contribute to projects and programs that shape the future of Workplace at Stripe. With the ability to influence from a strategic and administrative perspective youll be instrumental in executing key cross-org initiatives and helping us move from strategy to execution while ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Workplace in defining SOKRs and ensuring all pillars and cross-functional partners are aligned with the teams roadmap
• Lead cross-functional projects that dont fit neatly into one department. Support M&A integrations
• Identify bottlenecks in our current workflows and design scalable processes to remove them. Design and lead operating cadences and governance forums to ensure speed clarity and accountability
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on business metrics to provide the Workplace Leadership Team with actionable recommendations for growth and efficiency. Drive the Workplace AI and data strategy in partnership with our IT Business Partner. Identify and implement innovative Workplace technologies and systems

Who you are

Minimum requirements

• 5 years of experience in strategy and operations management consulting corporate real estate strategy or a data-driven operational role in a fast-growing environment
• Strong quantitative skills with a track record of using data to drive complex business cases and macro-level decisions
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale cross-functional projects from ambiguous conception to rigorous execution
• Experience working directly within or alongside Workplace or Real Estate teams

• Strong communication skills and an ability to build and leverage cross-functional relationships
• Ability to capture complex concepts and communicate them succinctly to key stakeholders
