Salary: $24.00 - $26.00 / hour

Job Summary
The Workplace Ambassador in Chicago will serve as the premier front-of-house hospitality lead forZO the clients global amenity platform at The Franklin Center. This role is dedicated to establishing a warm inviting environment for tenants while managing seamless day-to-day logistics administrative operations and community engagement of the ZO Lounge. As a Rapport representative the Workplace Ambassador embodies high energy curiosity and a roll-up-your-sleeves commitment to hosting excellence.
Responsibilities
Deliver high-touch guest experience including welcoming members hosting spaces and resolving service issues
Coordinate daily clubhouse operations ensuring all spaces are clean organized and fully functional
Manage communications including email inquiries help center requests and daily shift reporting
Execute and support events end-to-end including setup coordination and member engagement
Partner with property management on facility needs inventory and maintenance requests
Track space usage member engagement and communicate schedules across building teams
Qualifications
Experience in hospitality guest services or front-of-house environments
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
Proven ability to problem-solve and manage operations proactively
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and learning new systems/platforms
Experience supporting events or working in fast-paced high-volume environments preferred
High energy team-oriented and able to balance administrative and hands-on responsibilities
