TheWorkforce Solutionsteamis in charge ofdiscovering the demand for our services in the industry and marketing our brand throughout the industry. Theyinitiateour relationship with client facilities by developing a master staffing agreementcontainingthe terms of our relationship.
TheWorkforceSolutionsDirectoris responsible forprospecting and qualifying potential clients by asking questions that focus onstrategic workforce role effectively developsmutually beneficialrelationshipsand connections with current and potential clients at a national levelbased on the assigned position manages a larger territory andis responsible forsigning client contracts and revenue production.
Essential Functions of The Job
- Develop sales plansfor the assigned territory that aligns with the companys strategic sales plan and revenue goals. It is expected that theWorkforceSolutionsDirector meets required KPIs and revenue goals
- Lead generation pipeline development and closing new business (client staffing contracts) both as a doer and a companydatabase social media personal relationships coldcallingand other resources tomaintainconstant pipeline growth
- Travel to client facilities as needed to present company presentation of services and build relationships with high level decision makers and educate prospects on the companys services
- Secure new business (client staffing contracts) in assigned territory and dedicated markets as assigned
- Participate in defining new product capabilities and geographical expansion through market analysis
- Develop and implement national sales account strategies in cooperation with thesenior leadershipto meet financial objectives
- Analyze and present market information such as current trends sales techniques and application of products in healthcare as part of their business plan presented quarterly toleadership
- Responsible for complex sales negotiations for nurse and allied staffing attend sales presentations and close sales deals monthly
- Continuing to develop and implement a structured effective sales processas outlined in the companys sales playbook
- Meets companyestablishedsalesand activity KPIs on a weeklymonthlyand annual basis
- Negotiate client contractsincluding pricing and terms agreeable to the company

Normal Work Schedule
This is a full-time position. Standard business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Additional time outside of these hours may be needed to complete the essential functions of the job.
Education Training And Experience
- Bachelors Degreein a related fieldrequiredMasters Degreepreferred
- Minimum of5 years of experience in service and solutions-based business to business salesrequired
- Healthcare and/or staffing industry experiencerequired
- Proventrack recordof pipeline development
- Experience with contract negotiations to include financial negotiation
- Comfortable with lead generation through high volume of outbound calling
- Highly skilled in all aspects of social media relationship selling
- Proventrack recordof collaboration team selling and individual sales leadership and success
