Our Workforce Development programs including Career Camp and Self-Advocacy training help participants build career skills confidence and independence through hands-on learning interview preparation and career exploration. A Snapshot of what youll do:
Provide general administrative and office support
Maintain client records and enter data accurately in internal systems
Track referrals authorizations and required documentation
Assist with reporting and ensure timely submission of data
Support client intake communication and family inquiries
Collaborate with staff and assist with program operations as needed
Qualifications
Certificate from a college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and at least 6 months of related experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel
Ability to learn database systems quickly
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to meet our approved driver qualifications in order to drive your personal vehicle as required to drive to meetings and for other business-related needs (minimum age of 21 and good driving history)
