Workforce & Portfolio Planning Analyst

In this role the Workforce & Portfolio Planning Analyst partners with stakeholders to track IT portfolio investments maintain budget forecasts and support workforce planning efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Support IT annual and quarterly planning activities including budget development forecasting and resource planning.
• Prepare IT portfolio financial and workforce reporting for leadership reviews and governance meetings.
• Track portfolio financials and monitor budget performance against approved plans.
• Analyze resource capacity staffing levels and workforce demand to identify potential gaps and risks.
• Develop and maintain dashboards metrics and reporting tools that provide insights into portfolio health spending and resource utilization and escalate issues risks or variances as appropriate.
• Identify opportunities to streamline planning reporting and workforce management processes through automation and process improvement.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years related work experience. One year of managing a project and one year of Financial Services or function-specific experience preferred.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
