What You Will Do:

This Workforce Operations Senior Consultant will lead support for the clients front office leadership in planning events coordinating communications and facilitating operational processes. The ideal candidate is a highly organized communicator with strong interpersonal skills and excellent attention to detail with experience in Front Office/Chief of Staff Office support event planning communications management and operational process improvement. This role requires proactive and engaged thinking to address emergent leadership needs understanding of the nuances of front office workflows and an ability to translate organizational priorities into actionable plans or executive-level include but not limited to:

  • Develop draft and deliver clear written communications presentations talking points and briefings for client leadership.

  • Manage internal correspondence ensuring timely and accurate information sharing on priority topics within CISA.

  • Plan coordinate and execute meetings workshops and large-scale events including logistics staffing agendas materials and on site tech support.

  • Support front office functions such as scheduling task management tracking action items preparing leadership readouts and managing workflows.

  • Maintain and refine operational processes that enhance team efficiency communication and stakeholder engagement.

  • Assist with workforce engagement initiatives onboarding activities training logistics and employee experience support.

  • Build strong working relationships across federal partners.

  • Draft and review documentation ensuring high quality formatting accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.

  • Synthesize diverse internal and external agency priorities into clear implications and decisions for leaderships engagement with staff.

  • Prepare executive briefings decision papers talking points strategic plans roadmaps and engagement materials.

  • Establish action-tracking and governance processes for decisions risks dependencies commitments and follow-up activities.

What You Will Need:

  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD PUBLIC TRUST; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.

  • Bachelors degree

  • FIVE (5) or more years experience in consulting program management strategic communications stakeholder engagement or a related advisory role.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Masters degree.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to craft clear messaging for audiences.

  • Strong public speaking and facilitation skills with experience leading briefings or presenting to groups.

  • Proven ability to plan and execute events meetings or conferences.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail time management and ability to manage multiple competing priorities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Teams SharePoint).

  • Familiarity with federal organizational structures communications protocols or operational rhythms.

  • Experience supporting executive leadership or front office/chief of staff functions.

  • Ability to manage a small team adapt quickly and problem solve in ambiguous situations.

  • Strong facilitation presentation writing relationship management and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to translate complex information into clear executive-level insights and recommendations.

  • Experience developing strategic plans roadmaps briefings decision materials and implementation plans.

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deliver results on time

  • Understanding of the differing roles authorities governance structures and operating environments in CISA.

  • Experience in Human Resources Organizational Development Business Administration or related field

  • Experience leading large-scale workforce operations or employee experience initiatives in complex organizations

  • Proven track record in change management process improvement and cross-functional collaboration

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and drive actionable insights

  • Capable of leading organizational transformation and managing resistance to change

  • Effective at building relationships across departments and influencing without authority
