Trident Consulting is seeking a Workers Compensation Specialist for one of our client in Irvine CA . A global leader in business and technology services.

Job Title: Workers Compensation Specialist

Location: Aliso Viejo CA

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Pay Rate: $48/hr - $50/hr on W2(Inclusive all)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Leave of Absence (LOA) workplace accommodations and Workers Compensation (WC) cases.
• Handle employee leave intake eligibility documentation approvals and return-to-work coordination.
• Administer accommodation requests and interactive process with employees/managers.
• Coordinate WC claims with carriers HR managers and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with FMLA ADA state leave laws and company policies.
• Maintain confidential employee medical records and audit-ready documentation.
• Support reporting metrics tracking and process improvements.
• Partner with Payroll HRBP Benefits Legal and external vendors.

Required Skills

• 5 years of LOA accommodations or Workers Compensation administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. leave laws ADA accommodations and WC processes.
• Experience with HRIS case management systems and vendor platforms.
• Excellent communication stakeholder management and multitasking skills.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
