Job Summary

- Aurora CO

- Coordinating medical treatment and care plans for injured workers
- Attending medical appointments and providing onsite case management support
- Monitoring treatment progress and identifying barriers to recovery
- Facilitating communication among physicians claims professionals employers attorneys and other stakeholders
- Developing and implementing return-to-work strategies
- Preparing timely detailed reports and case documentation
- Managing an independent caseload while maintaining exceptional service and clinical standards
- Active and unrestricted Colorado RN license
- Minimum of 3 years of Workers Compensation Field Case Management experience
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication documentation and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory
- CCM CDMS CRRN or related certification preferred
