Location:
Alpharetta GA. Primarily in-office to promote mentorship and collaboration with hybrid flexibility considered for candidates with strong Workers Compensation Defense experience.
Note:
Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Georgia and have at least 1 year of Workers Compensation experience. Defense experience is strongly preferred.

Job Description
- Manage a caseload of Workers Compensation defense matters from inception through resolution.
- Partner closely with experienced attorneys on litigation strategy and case development.
- Conduct depositions mediations hearings and other litigation proceedings.
- Draft pleadings motions discovery and legal correspondence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters and clients.
- Evaluate claims provide legal recommendations and deliver outstanding client service.
- Collaborate with a team that values mentorship responsiveness and professional development.
Qualifications
- Active Georgia Bar license.
- 1 year of Workers Compensation experience.
- Litigation experience with strong legal writing and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
- Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Workers Compensation defense experience preferred.
- Public Defender Assistant District Attorney or Solicitor experience considered a plus.
