Openings in West Palm Beach and Port St. Lucie with a relocation package available if youre not local yet.

What youll do:

• Independently manage a full workers comp caseload intake through resolution
• Handle depositions mediations and hearings on your own cases
• Negotiate directly with carriers and opposing counsel
• Build and execute your own case strategy

What youll bring:

• Active Florida Bar license in good standing
• 5 years of Florida workers compensation experience
• Confidence running your own docket without hand-holding
• Strong negotiation and deposition instincts
