What Youll Do:

• Represent clients in workers compensation cases across various stages of litigation
• Conduct legal research and offer strategic legal advice
• Draft legal documents including pleadings and motions
• Handle depositions hearings and court appearances
• Negotiate settlements effectively and ethically
• Maintain organized case files and adhere to internal protocols
• Build and nurture client relationships through proactive communication

What Were Looking For:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active member of the California State Bar (required)
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills in complex legal matters
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Comfortable using legal tech platforms and tools
• Minimum of 2 years WC defense experience
• Prior experience in workers compensation law is strongly preferred
