Our is looking for a Workday Test Lead to join them. You will report to the Global HR Technology Manager and will have a hybrid work schedule in East Aurora NY a suburb of Buffalo. To be considered for the Workday Test Lead heres what youll need to bring with you:
- A bachelors degree in a related field or an equivalent number of years of related work experience
- At least three years of experience in supporting the administration and testing of Workdays Human Capital Management (HCM) system.
- Experience in a full cycle Workday HCM implementation.
- Work experience in business process or IT including project management experience in a global organization.
- Workday HCM Certification is a bonus!.
As a Workday Test Lead you will:
- Development of a testing strategy and plans built from requirements elicited from business processes and technical teams to support the Workday deployment schedule.
- Align testing strategy and plans with the systems implementation team on the program timeline.
- Together with the systems implementation partner manage and report the status of overall program execution of all phases of testing.
- Coordinate testing resources including resources needed to prepare and accomplish integration testing with Legacy systems.
- Definition of the test environments and appropriate test date to test the software including manually entered and data populated through automated loads.
- Ensure testing resources are aligned on scope timing and procedural expectations for every test cycle.
- Assess the companys readiness for testing automation and identify automated testing tools.
- Lead the implementation of tools if applicable to support software deployment.
