Role: Workday Payroll Consultant

Location: San Antonio TX (Onsite)

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Job Description:

• Workday Payroll experience/ certified consultant with at least 5yrs of experience
• A Package Consultant for Workday Absence Time Tracking and Payroll is responsible for guiding clients through the implementation customization and continuous improvement of Workdays human capital management (HCM) solutions.
• Their primary focus is on the Absence Time Tracking and Payroll modules ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Responsibilities include designing efficient time management processes configuring payroll structures and managing absences in alignment with clients policies and regulatory requirements.
• Key skills required include a thorough understanding of modern time tracking methodologies global payroll regulations and absence management best practices.
• Expected to lead workshops and training sessions for end-users ensuring they can effectively utilize these modules for accurate time recording leave management and payroll processing.
• Strong problem-solving abilities are required to address any issues that arise during system configuration or usage. Post-go-live support including data validation and troubleshooting.
• This role demands an individual with excellent communication skills capable of translating complex HCM concepts into understandable terms for diverse audiences.
