Job Description:
- This position will be on the Core HCM Workday product team.
- This candidate will be a key partner with business and product stakeholders to gather/refine requirements assist with development and complete UAT testing prior to release.
- Excellent communication is a must as they will be working closely with executive-level employees as well as the product team.
Required Qualifications
- 5 plus years of hands-on experience supporting Workday HCM in an analyst or lead role
- Strong experience gathering requirements configuring solutions and supporting testing
- Deep understanding of Workday Business Process Framework
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with additional HCM modules (Payroll Benefits Absence Time)
- Experience supporting or partnering on Workday integrations
- Prior Workday certification
- Experience supporting Workday tenants in large complex organizations
In this contingent resource assignment candidates may:
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted larger scale or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function policies procedures and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 plus years of Business Execution Implementation or Strategic Planning experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience training military experience education.

- Candidates must be able to work a hybrid schedule at either the 550 South 4th Street location in Minneapolis MN OR Charlotte NC.
