Workday HCM Analyst

We areseekinga highly motivated anddetail-orientedHRIS Analyst withbroad anddeephands-onexpertisein Workday to join our HRIS team. This isan individual contributor role that isonsite in Santa Clara this role you will play a key part in configuringmaintaining and enhancingWorkdayCore HCM and Securitysolutions delivering HR technology capabilities that streamline processes and support businessobjectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the WorkdayCore HCMand Securitysubject matter expert leading design configuration and testing of Core HCMprocessesand Workday Security and supportingplanning execution and delivery of end-to-endsystem solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements to deliver scalable technology driven outcomes ensuring downstream consistency and data integrity.

• Proactively digbelowstatedrequests to understand true businessobjectivesand recommend balanced future-ready solutions.

• Ensure HR processes are thoughtfully designed fully documentedappropriately configuredand consistently executed across all HR systems through close collaboration with HR and HRIT.

• Manage the intake scoping andsizing ofstakeholder requested technology enhancementsto Workday Core HCM and Securitythrough JIRA ensuring successful execution of approved changes.

• Evaluate out-of-the-box functionality against business requirements toidentifyoptimalsolutions to meet those needs.

• Responsible for analyzing and testing new Workday features supporting release planning and taking ownership of unit regression pre-launch testing and sign-off.

• Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset proactivelyidentifyingand recommending improvements to processes technology and data quality.

• Leverage HR and technicalexpertisetoprovideconsultative guidance influence solution design and driveprojects from conceptthrough successfulconfiguration testing andimplementation.

• Ensure compliance with legal security and data governance standards.

Preferred Skills Knowledge Experience:

• Bachelors degree preferred in Management Information Systems Information Technology Computer Science or Engineering

• 7 years of experience as Workday functional expert inCore HCM and Security(Required)

• Hands-On experience with Workday Advanced Compensation (Preferred)

• Demonstratesstrong communicationskills high attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.

• Ability to learn quickly and perform effectively under tight deadlines; a self-starter who takes initiative and assumes full ownership and accountability.

• Exhibits strong capability to manage competing priorities inhighdemand environment navigate ambiguous directives and analyze complex challenges to drive sound solutions.
