Were looking for a Workday Configuration Analyst to join the People Team!

• What youll do:
  • Configure and support existing Workday modules (HCM Absence Time Tracking Payroll Benefits Recruiting Learning) and add new functionality as necessary
  • Build out and optimize our Workday ecosystem
  • Thoroughly test configurations through unit testing and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) across teams
  • Handle projects with ambiguity from design to implementation and often setting your own direction with minimal aid from leadership
  • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues
  • Create advanced reports using complex calculated fields
  • Perform ongoing reconciliations and audits of HR data to ensure data integrity
  • Train and mentor junior configuration specialists
  • Create functional and technical systems documentation

  • Someone who can rely on their previous experiences to plan and accomplish future goals
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects and interact with team members at all levels

• Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or closely related or equivalent years of experience in a relevant field
  • 3 years of Workday configuration experience with Workday modules

• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Workday Payroll Certification

Compensation:

In the United States work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidates starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills experience qualifications work location and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs
