• Seeking a Workday Compensation consultant with deep expertise in Compensation and Advanced Compensation configuration. This individual will partner with business stakeholders to capture requirements design solutions and develop proof-of-concept configurations within Wells Fargos Advanced Compensation environment to validate functionality and business fit.

In this role you will:

• Lead the analysis and design of automated merit increase enhancements within Workday Compensation Review (Advanced Compensation) delivering scalable solutions that align with business objectives and provide an intuitive high-quality user experience.
• Partner with stakeholders to document and communicate business processes requirements data flows and user experiences through clear and effective artifacts.
• Drive planning coordination configuration and testing activities to support successful product delivery and implementation.
