Summary of Job Duties:
The Work-study/CSC Support Staff position will offer assistance & support to the CSC clients; help build communication-related knowledge & skills more effectively and provide opportunities to develop communication soft skills such as: customer service time management workplace flexibility team-communication skills public speaking skills & ethical feedback. Additionally the position presents an opportunity to develop hard skills such as: Google Hangouts Zoom Collaborative Ultra and navigate Google Drive-Docs Slides Sheets Forms etc. This position is governed by state & federal laws and agency/institution policy.

Qualifications:

Required Education and/or Experience:

  • High School Diploma and/or equivalent.
  • Have Proof of Work Study award and be enrolled in current semester

Job Duties and/or Responsibilities:

  • Must attend staff training/orientation and Monday noon staff meetings
  • Be able to work assigned CSC work schedule
  • Facilitates client appointments both in person and virtually

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of basic grammar;
  • Ability to communicate
  • Ability to Read and Write
