Work Study Athletic Equipment Assistant

You MUST be Awarded Federal Work Study to apply for this position.

Duties:

• Assist with day-to-day sports activities and the maintenance of sports equipment
• Assist with uniform and equipment inventories
• Assist with uniform and equipment distribution and retrieval at practices and on game day
• Assist with game-day equipment preparations and setup for games
• Assist with laundering of practice and game-day uniforms and workout apparel
• Assist with recruiting and training of student managers
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

• Compliance with all NCAA rules and regulations is required in this position
• Moderate physical activity. Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 25 pounds or standing and/or walking for more than four (4) hours per day
• Knowledge of athletic equipment supplies and/or uniform maintenance preferred
