This is a fully remote work-from-home position with full training and mentorship provided from day one. Prior travel industry experience is a plus but not required.

What Youll Do

• Assist clients remotely through phone email and online messaging

• Manage reservations booking updates cancellations and special requests

• Share clear and detailed information regarding destinations and travel policies

• Monitor upcoming departures and proactively contact clients when necessary

• Professionally resolve inquiries and concerns to maintain high customer satisfaction
