Work from Home Travel Planner

Were looking for an organized customer-focused Remote Travel Planner to help clients coordinate memorable travel experiences. This work-from-home role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning helping people and keeping details organized.

Youll use established systems digital tools and comprehensive training to assist with travel planning reservations itineraries and client communication. No previous travel experience is required.

• Assist clients with planning vacations cruises resorts hotels and other travel experiences
• Create and organize customized itineraries based on client preferences
• Research destinations accommodations and travel options
• Coordinate reservation details and review confirmations for accuracy
• Communicate with clients and provide updates throughout the planning process
• Maintain organized digital records and deliver exceptional customer support

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working independently and learning new technology
• Customer service hospitality administrative scheduling or related experience is a plus but not required
• Positive dependable and customer-focused
• Must be authorized to work in the US UK Australia Mexico Spain or eligible countries within LATAM
