We are seeking reliable professional individuals who can operate independently follow structured procedures and accurately assist donors.

All donor calls are strictly inbound .

Donors call voluntarily after responding to an established nonprofit campaign. Your responsibility is to answer the call professionally and accurately process the donors pledge or contribution.

Answer inbound calls from donors


Follow structured scripts and campaign procedures


Accurately enter donation and pledge information


Navigate computer systems while speaking with callers


Meet established attendance and performance expectations

• High school diploma/GED
  
• 6 months remote customer service or 1 year customer service experience
  
• Strong verbal communication & active listening
  
• Ability to use multiple systems while speaking
  

• Windows 11 PC
  
• 8GB RAM minimum (16GB recommended)
  
• USB noise-canceling headset
  
• Wired high-speed internet via Ethernet
  
• Quiet distraction-free workspace
  
• Dual monitors recommended
