* Excellent communicator: Articulate jargon to general audiences explain the logic behind design decisions craft compelling narratives about product work write and speak clearly and cultivate effective communication among team members. * Relationship-builder: Work with a variety of people and personalities listen and ask questions to identify new design opportunities and cultivate strong relationships to ensure seamless collaboration and continued project support. Be responsive through different stages and maintain communication to address any emergent issues. * Curious: Practice active listening ask questions to get to the root of a problem be open to receiving/giving constructive feedback and have a sincere interest in learning new skills or growing old ones. * Three (3) or more years of experience in systems analysis programming and design BA/BS in Mathematics Computer Science Information Systems or related field or equivalent knowledge acquired by work experience and training. * Understanding of design principles * Familiar with accessibility principles * Flexibility to troubleshoot front-end concerns * Experience using translation frameworks * Familiar with performance scalability security and testing applications. * Familiar with various design and architectural patterns. * Extensive coding knowledge in HTML/CSS JavaScript PHP
